Sandwich boxes- mistake

So in my design I drew out I thought it would be easy to split the word across two faces of the net and split the letters by cutting them.

When I came to split the R of the word SOIREE it proved pretty difficult. I printed it out and made it up and tried to draw how it would work by hand but I came to the conclusion that with the shape of the sides being triangular it isn't possible. And this below is what it would look like if it was to be split up

So now I think I am going to have to take the easy way out and use three letters on each of the two faces which I didn't want to do because I want it to be obvious that the word is continuos by splitting up one of the letters on two faces.
